Where do I park?
Street Parking on Weber Street West is Free after 6pm Monday - Saturday, and Free all day on Sunday. For more parking options, see the Downtown Kitchener Parking Map.
What are your rates?
Our private member gaming rooms with integrated lights & sound and access to a library of miniatures and our snack lounge will be available on a per-hour basis for groups up to 8, with a minimum 2-hour booking. Booking rates for self-led adventures start from $35 per hour (or $7 inclusive per person per hour based on a Party of 5).
Current membership prices will be honoured through December 31, 2025, with any future changes being announced in December. We will review our pricing structure every 6 months and post about rate changes a minimum of 4 weeks in advance for ethical transparency.
How do I find a group?
We can help connect you, as can other TTRPG-focused groups in the region! Stay tuned for a directory of where to find like-minded players and Find a Group events!
Do I need previous game experience?
Nope! We have Game Facilitators (GMs/DMs) on staff who can lead even the most novice player through an adventure.
Our team building and special event modules are specifically designed to be accessible to any level of player.
Is there a minimum age? Can my kids play?
Of course! We ask that any children under the age of 14 be accompanied by an adult when booking a self-led adventure.
We also have some Youth Programming for Ages 7 - 17.
Do you serve food?
We have a selection of pre-packaged snacks and non-alcoholic drink available! We do not have a full kitchen or cafe.
Will you be an alcohol-licensed venue?
No alcohol will be stored on premises, although catered food is welcome for special events, and we will have pre-packaged snacks and non-alcoholic beverages available for members in our lounge.
Contact us to discuss special event licensing for alcohol to be served at member events.
