Absolutely. Within your member's portal is the option to pause or cancel your membership at any time. Once a cancellation is made, you will continue to have your membership perks up until your monthly renewal date.

Refunds - once a monthly membership perk has been used, we cannot offer any refunds on membership, however, you may cancel so that you are not re-subscribed at the end of your membership period. Refund requests made prior to any perks being redeemed may be eligible for a refund on a case-by-case basis - contact us!

Pro Shop : includes books, accessories, gear, and other mass manufactured retail items.

Artisan Merch : includes handmade or lightly machined products from local businesses.

Not all of our Artisan merchandise will be included in the membership discount, however, these will be clearly marked on their product pages & Artisan Spotlight pages.

HeroForge is a website where you can build a customized 3D representation of your character! Members can send us a link to your character, and we can download and print the miniature as part of your membership!

To get your custom mini printed, follow the instructions located in the member's portal!
