Rescheduling, Cancellation & Refund Policy

For Self-Led Adventures

We get it, life happens! You will be sent a link to manage your booking, including rescheduling or cancellations.

Noting that cancellations made with less than 2 hours notice will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee, and "no-shows" without communication will be invoiced for payment in full/no refunds.

For Appointment-Booked Hosted Adventures

We get it, life happens! You will be sent a link to manage your booking, including rescheduling or cancellations.

Noting that cancellations made with less than 2 hours notice will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee, and "no-shows" without communication will be invoiced for payment in full/no refunds.

For Pre-Scheduled Hosted Adventures

We get it, life happens!

Refund requests made more than 7 days prior to the program delivery start date will be refunded in full.

Refund requests made within 7 days of the program delivery start will be refunded at 50% of the cost. No refunds will be offered within 48 hours of the program start.

Program sessions missed for personal non-emergency reasons will not be rescheduled or refunded.

For adventurers paying per session, please communicate with us if you need to miss a session for any reason. If you miss a session and we don't hear from you in 5 days, we will open up your spot to the waitlist in order to keep the table full and the storyline going for the other adventurers.

For Community Events

If you can no longer attend a community event, please contact us to let us know so we can extend an invite to someone on our waitlist!

If you are not a Supporting Community Member and have paid a drop-in rate, we will issue a refund up to 2 hours prior to the event start time.

For Youth Programming

If refunds for camp programs are required for any reason, a $25 admin fee will apply.

Refund requests made within 7 days of the PD Day Camp will be refunded at 50% of the cost. No refunds will be offered within 48 hours of the program.

Programs missed for personal non-emergency reasons will not be rescheduled or refunded.

For Birthday Parties & Special Events

We take a 25% deposit to hold the date.

Deposit is fully refundable up to a week in advance of your party date.

After a week and up to 48h it would be a $50 cancellation fee.

Within 48h of the event it would be non-refundable.
